During step 2a: Database Connection Setup we are selecting the "Internal Database"
After a short delay we get a message saying "Error creating admin user. No Route to host"
I've been over the forward and reverse DNS records and everything appears fine.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolving this error ?
