Hope someon can help.
I'm running vSphere Client & vCenter Server 5.0.0 (Build 804277).
When I select the Plug-Ins menu, I'm notified that both the vCenter Service & Hardware Status plug-ins are disabled with a message of being "unable to connect to the remote server".
It's attempting to access the server via port no 8443.
If I try and telnet to the server via this port, connection fails unless I restart the VMware VirtualCenter Management Webservices service. After this restarts, I can briefly telnet via port 8443, but the connection drops after about 30 seconds.
The plug-ins are still showing as disabled - nothing happens when I right click and select enable.
The hardware tab was visible a few weeks back, so something has changed, but I can't think what it could be.
Any help would be most appreciated.
