Addmission control at vmware vsphere ha 5.1

Hello All,

In terms of percentage based addmission control at vmware vsphere ha 5.1, what should be set for percentage of cluster resources reserved as failover spare capacity (cpu and memory) ?  %10, %20 etc and how you calculate it ?
