when i type mount the response screen does not show a cdrom mounted. so i then type mkdir /mnt/cdrom and it is created. when i type mount /dev/cdrom /mnt/cdrom i get a response of no media found on /dev/sr0 so i don't think vmware is seeing the cd rom.
