Also, I see that in VMMARK2.CONFIG you modified CLIENTROOTDIR to C:\client0 from its default of C:\vclient. This CLIENTROOT directory path needs to be consistent across the prime client and all clients used by VMmark. You shouldn't need to modify CLIENTROOTDIR, so it may be a good idea to return CLIENTROOTDIR to default until VMmark is running smoothly.
