Facing Error while Executing script on VM "the guest authentication that is being user does not have sufficient permissions to perform this operation"

Hi,

I have created a VM (either Linux or windows) in VCenter server. I have added NIC to Vm.to configure IP  , i need to fetch devicename of VM.So to do this i am executing PowerCLI script on VM.My customer has 4 locations,In North America region the script is working fine.Where as the same script is producing Error "the guest authentication that is being user does not have sufficient permissions to perform this operation" in other Vcenter(texas). I have admin access to VC and Root access to VM's. Can anybody help me on this issue ?
