vSphere Web Client Log Browser Error

Hello,

When I click on Log Browser, I receive the following error:

faultCode:Server.Processing faultString:'javax.servlet.ServeletException : java.lang.Exception: https://server.domain.com:port/vmwb/logbrowser: Unauthorized access 'faultDetail:'null'

I have followed this KB article and the following blog post, but I still receive the same result:

Whenever I upload the rui.jks file to the vSphere Web Client, I receive the following message as well:

"The last operation failed for the entity with the following error message.

Upon restart of the services, I don't see a second certificate chain either.  Is this because I have an intermediate certificate in my environment?

Like I said, I have followed the exact commands from both tutorials to no prevail.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
