fence_vmware issue "Connection time out"

Hi

I have configured RedHat Cluster on Vmware infrastructure and i want to configure fencing on it. I am using fence_vmware script which comes with RedHat 6.0

RedHat Cluster 6.x

vCenter 5.0.0 (ESXi 5.0)

here what i am getting when i try to run manually.

fence_vmware -a vmware-vcenter -l spatel -p XXXXXX -n vm01 -o status
Connection timed out

Does fence_vmware support vmware-vCenter server? or it does only support ESX Host? How do i troubleshoot it?
