Sorry, I'm not sure what exactly you are asking for. If it's about the guest OS (Windows 2008), just shut it down as you would do on a physical installation.

The VM's settings most likely contain a virtual floppy disk drive (did you install the OS using the "Easy Install" feature?). Just answer with "No" or disable "Connect at Power On" for the virtual floppy disk drive in the VM's settings.
