Is my ESXi 4 free ?

Hi to all,

if i read "ESXi 4 Single Server Licensed for 1 physical CPUs (1-6 cores per CPU)" under "License Features" of vSphere Client,

can i be sure that i'm using  the free version of ESXi ?
