I want to ask vmware this question: Can you make command line option to disable/stop this error notification.
I understand that windows need usb3 native support so VMware USB support to be good, but please make option that give you control over the notifications like that.

About the actual error msg - you can stop it in several ways:
1. Disable usb 3.0 controller from BIOS.
2. Disable/uninstall USB3.0 device(ASmedia) from Device Manager.
3. Disable the VMware USB support ( vmware usb arbitration service ).
4. Make custom Event Log with filter
