Hello everyone,
I have installed VCentre 5.1 on to a 2008 R2 server. I selected the SSO option
The install took place several weeks a go now and I need to login to the Web Client using the admin@system-domain account in order to make some administration changes, however I receive the following: User account is locked.Please contact your administrator. I can login using a local admin account but do not get the functionlaity I need (need to get to Administration>Configuration> SSO and Discovery)
Is there anyway of unlocking this very important account. The strange thing is I'm unsure why it is locked out because I or nobody else would have wanted to login using the account until now....?!
